Attorney specialized in constitutional and general administrative litigation, with broad experience in telecommunications and antitrust matters. In addition, he has participated in the planning and execution of litigation in financial and banking matters, disputes arising from public debt contracting, tender procedures and class actions. He has also led the design and execution of strategic litigation in anti-corruption, disability rights and education matters.
Jesús was an associate at López Melih, Facha y Estrada, S.C., legal director at Mexicanos contra la Corrupción y la Impunidad (MCCI) and founding partner at Facha y Soledad, S.C.
Jesús is a lawyer by Escuela Libre de Derecho with honorable mention for the professional exam sustained, the resolution to the practical case and the professional thesis presented.
He has been a lecturer in the Amparo and Access to Justice in Human Rights courses at the Casa de la Cultura Jurídica de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación in Ensenada, Baja California and guest lecturer invited by Elisur Arteaga Nava in the Master's Degree in Constitutional Law at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.
He is currently an adjunct professor of the second course of Administrative Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, and lecturer in different courses of the Centro Carbonell, A.C.
